P90X review – does the program actually work with getting you as fit as they claim?
P90X is not like any of the other programs out there that contain maybe one or two workouts and then make you figure out how often to use them, when, and anything else. With P90X, you get a step by step process that tells you how each workout is to be done. Let me tell you, with this program you will great extremely fit, muscular and toned. You just have to be willing to give up 1 hour a day for 90 days.
Personally, my P90X review, I have to say that the system is much better than the other workouts that are out there. I never got the results from those other programs as I was able to get while using P90X.
P90X comes with a set of 12 DVDs as well a nutritional guide and a calendar that tells you which DVD you should use on which day. You also get a fitness guide that assists you with the details of each workout and will give you a description of how to perform each move.
