When I told my friend that I was going to order Insanity all I was meaning to do was just give it a try for a little while. And if it is as intense as the rest of the world say it is, and then I’ll give it to her.

For the first two weeks I was really ready to just quit. I can’t find the right rhythm to harmonize with the entire workout. I was making a total mess. But right after the adjustment period, I finally learned to pick up the pacing of the program.
